· Producing Pixar quality animated 3D featurettes for a highly visible campaign across social media platforms
· Working with music producers, filmmakers and influencers to roll out media that engages a network of followers and create community around the brand

Production Manager (2021 – current)
· Developing and managing the production pipeline of an 8 minute Pixar quality animated short
· Overseeing the staffing, scheduling, production planning, flow of communication and training for a crew of 30+ members working remotely all over the world

Tonko House, Inc.
Marketing and Art Department Manager (2019 – 2020)
· Work with supervising creative to plan, schedule, execute and oversee the studio’s marketing rollout across social media platforms
· Plan and run promotional events including screenings, workshops and industry talks
· Manage the Tonko House Art Department working with Kuku Studio’s on the Go Go Cory Carson animated Netflix children’s series
· Facilitate the communication, tracking of assets, schedule and delivery between Kuku, Superprod France, Tonko House Japan and contractors worldwide
Pixar Animation Studios
2005 – 2019
Promo Department Production Manager/Interim Producer (2009 – 2019)
· Manage the production of original promotional animation for theatrical features, producing up to 20+ minutes of content for each.
· Work company-wide, across all departments to create production schedules for Commercials, Policy Trailers, Toolkits, Interstitials, Shorts and more. This involved strategic deployment of Technical Directors, Artists and Animators across overlapping projects to make best use of available resources.
· Pioneered a new technical pipeline for the first virtual reality project at Pixar, Coco VR also receiving an Emmy nomination
· Established budgets for promo material by bidding out projects with the Leads, identifying man-weeks and working with Finance to estimate associated budgets. These budgets were then tracked weekly against targets during production.
· Evaluate initial staffing needs for each project, and to meet changing needs within the development cycle and then make requests for Artists, Animators and TDs to the senior staff management teams. When resources were unavailable, work with recruiting to hire talent with the particular skillset and style needed for the projects.
· Negotiated with the Feature, Disney and Promo Partners to facilitate and track multiple layers of approvals for each project.
· Acted as Interim Producer between Producers cycling through the department on 1 – 2 year assignments. Trained incoming Producers on workings of the Promo Department.
· Used LINUX to run reviews and perform basic functions within the production.
“Party Central” Theatrical Short Production Manager (2012 - 2013)
Managed a crew of more than seventy members.
Found solutions in making the film with a deficit of resources and an impacted schedule.
“Partly Cloudy” Theatrical Short Art, Layout & Animation Manager (2008)
Shepherded the production through Set and Character Design, Modeling and Shading as well as Layout, Editorial and Animation to deliver on time.
“Cars” & “Up” Artist/Art Department Coordinator (2005 – 2008)
· Selected by Pete Docter to paint the artwork of the digital character, "Ellie" seen hanging in the set of Carl’s House Interior.
· Created texture maps for the Shading Art Director.
· Used Illustrator and Photoshop to create Model Packets.
· Provided reference research and technical support for the Department.
· Ran Director reviews.
· Provided and made recommendations for artwork in the “Art of…” books.
· Submitted and tracked all Legal clearances.
· Tracked and organized artwork to be handed off to the archives.
Requested by John Lasseter to manage the production of the “Carfinder” game for Cars Blu-ray. This included writing the backstory copy for over 100 characters.

VFX Reference Coordinator
· Coordinated visual reference and stock element research for feature productions.
· Developed a keyword vocabulary for, maintained and populated a company-wide searchable reference database.
· Archived the production elements for each feature as they wrapped.
